Terms:  Terms for accounts with established credit are net 30 days.  New customers will receive their first order C.O.D.   A credit application must be approved, before credit terms of Net 30 days, can be extended.  All orders are subject to acceptance by GSC International Inc.

Minimum Order:  The minimum purchase requirement is $50.00.  We will charge a $10.00 handling fee for orders that do not meet the minimum requirement.

Drop-ship or Third Part Orders:  A drop-ship fee of $10.00 will be charge for all orders shipped to a third party.

Standard Delivery Time:  Our standard shipping time is approximately two weeks from the time your purchase order is received.  However, we can accommodate next day and second day air shipment requests.

Pallet Charges:  A shipment will be palleted if the pallet will help insure safe delivery of your order, or if the volume warrants the use of a pallet.  The cost of the pallet will be included on your invoice, which is approximately $6.50 each.

Returns and Restocking Fees:  Returns are accepted on standard stock products.  However, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your credit.  We can not accept returns on custom designed products.

Damaged Goods:  Goods damaged in transit must be reported directly to your carriers claim department.  Have the carrier note the specific damages on the freight bill before accepting delivery.  All original shipping cartons, packing materials, and the damaged goods must be kept for inspection by the carrier or until your claim has been settled.

Warranty:  All GSC International products are warranted from one (1) year of receipt to be free of manufacturing defects.  Dealer must have original invoice number for returns.

Digital Images:  Digital Images are available free of charge, and upon request.

Custom Products and Manufacturing:  GSC has extensive manufacturing and assembly capabilities.  We would be please to quote on custom jobs.
